We collaborate with clients to develop the learning muscles, strategies and practices necessary that generate different results and sustainable levels of service. The following coaching programs represent the basic structure within which we address your specific needs.

Program #1 — EXECUTIVE DESIGN
Identify and align resources and strategies for designing and managing productive and fulfilling workspaces. $900/month more »« hide
Minimum 6 months: 4 hours monthly as follows:
- 4 scheduled 45-minute sessions/month
- 4 scheduled 15-minute check-in sessions/month (phone or
e-mail)
Practice the competencies to design effective and efficient environments to enhance productivity in self and others.
- Assess your Leadership Blueprint and distinguish areas for integration.
- Distinguish “wellness practices” and “fulfillment structures” for living a full, balanced life, achieving your aspirations.
- Shift your understanding of time: prioritize your concerns to create urgency, focus attention, and take action.
- Leverage technology and techniques to create the “fulfillment structures” to organize information and coordinate action in the digital age.
- Organize and coordinate resources to achieve operational effectiveness and to establish direction and priorities.
- Design conversations for action and results: Learn to effectively delegate authority, to hold others accountable, and to appreciate your impact on others.
- Leverage new communications skills to redesign your business networks, relationships, and develop your capacity to collaborate.
Program #2 — LEADERSHIP DESIGN
Develop capacity as a servant leader to generate trust and commitment to inspire leadership in others. $1500/month more »« hide
Minimum 9-12 months: 7 hours monthly as follows:
- Coaching – 4 scheduled 60-minute coaching sessions/month
- Coaching – 4 anytime 15-minute check-in sessions/month calls or e-mail queries/month (phone or e-mail) (60 minutes)
- Consulting – 2 hours design time.
Design and develop the strategies, and align practices and values from which to live, work and create.
- Assess your Leadership Blueprint and distinguish areas for integration.
- Distinguish “wellness practices” and “fulfillment structures” for living a full, balanced life, achieving your aspirations.
- Learn how to distinguish choices, responsibility, and accountabilities, to maximize new ways of learning, and experimenting with fun, ease and play.
- Learn skills to generate the conditions of trust to develop deep connections, and partnerships to enhance collaboration.
- Develop the “attitude” and thinking to act with presence and confidence.
- Identify and leverage the core values that drive your decision-making.
- Increase capacity for listening to values, prioritizing information, and assimilating truth.
- Build the foundation of trust and integrity from which to generate your deepest commitments, and to inspire others to act from their deepest commitments.
