From 2000 to 2005 through a network of professionals, Tony delivered
leadership programs and development to teams and organizations such as:
executives at the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation for the
Queens Healthcare Network; middle managers at Con Edison; and with human
resources managers at NASA.
Late in 2005, Tony rebranded his portfolio — choosing to focus on executives, entrepreneurs and entertainers as individuals, rather than working with organizations. This shift comes as a response to “continuous feedback from this group of energetic professionals who find themselves requiring coaching to remain relevant and current.”

Currently, The Zampella Group works with executives, entrepreneurs and entertainers to build the capacity to communicate, collaborate, manage time, and coordinate information. Our techniques, practices, and learning programs are designed to free up individuals to transform the quality of their lives. To ensure quality of service, personal care, and excellence in delivery, Tony accepts no more than 10 clients at a time and requires a minimum commitment of three months from each client.
Coaches working with The Zampella Group believe that human evolution is moving inward, toward developing the human consciousness to see the world — both at a new level of awareness (strategic shift) and with a new pair of eyes (fundamental shift).
“Candidly speaking the new distinction between the ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’ in our society is not class, race, economics or even education; it is adaptability. The new ‘haves’ in our society are those able to learn and adapt to change with greater frequency and ease. Unfortunately, those who hold onto old ideas, beliefs, or assumptions will be left behind in a vat of old knowledge — clueless as to what is occurring before them.”
It is in this spirit of life-long learning and transformational growth
that Tony takes a personal approach with each of his clients within a
rigorous and demanding coaching regimen.
