Philosophy
Now more than ever, I see how Science and Technology play an important role in both the quality of our life and in our levels of fulfillment. At the core, I am a scientist, technology enthusiast and an idealist. I can be described as grounded, optimistic and innovative. In each client engagement, I seek out solutions to support clients in attaining new and sustainable levels of creativity, effectiveness, and peace of mind.
My consulting philosophy has been influenced by my fields of study: chemistry, math, computer science and physics. In short, this broad exposure to the scientific process has trained me to look at environments in unassuming ways, and to question what usually remains unseen. I engage inquiries that create unconventional training programs to reveal and address concerns that are fundamental to the growth of an individual, team, or organization. The outcomes are new opportunities and practices that deliver bottom line results.
